Mahindra, an Indian car company, has just started selling its brand-new XUV300 TurboSport in India. The price range for this SUV is between 10.35 lakh and 12.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The new 1.2-liter T-GDi turbo-petrol engine is now the most powerful one for the XUV300. It is better than the 1.2-liter turbo-petrol and 1.5-liter diesel engines that were already available. Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport
The Mahindra XUV300 T-GDi is powered by a 1.2-liter, three-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that makes 130hp and 250Nm of peak torque and is paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Compared to the existing 1.2-liter turbo-petrol MPFI engine in the XUV300, the new motor has a 250bar GDI (gasoline direct injection) fuel system that improves performance and fuel efficiency.
The new powerful engine has 20hp and 30Nm more than the 110hp, 1.2-liter turbo-petrol unit, making the XUV300 the most powerful compact SUV in its class. Both turbo-petrol engines and the 1.5-liter diesel engine with 115 hp would be used.
Design, interior, and features of the Mahindra XUV300 TurboSport
In terms of design, the front fascia has a new black grille with red inserts, and the chrome parts of the front bumper’s central air intake have been blacked out. It also has the new Twin Peaks logo from the car company.
Mahindra also has three new two-tone colour options: bronze with a black roof, white with a black roof, and black with a white roof.
The black and beige interior theme has been changed to an all-black theme with red stitching on the seats and silver accents on the dashboard and steering wheel.
As for features, the top-of-the-line W8 (O) trims of the all-new XUV300 still have an electric sunroof, projector headlamps with LED DRLs, 16-inch alloys, dual-zone climate control, an infotainment system with a 7.0-inch touchscreen, leatherette upholstery, and six airbags.
