Tata Motors has made its Tata Nexon EV Prime and Tata Nexon EV MAX electric SUVs available in a new Jet Edition model just in time for the holiday season. Tata Nexon EV Jet Edition is said to be based on business jets, and it joins the Dark Edition EV models in the Nexon EV lineup as a special edition model. The new Jet Edition model has a few cosmetic and luxury upgrades. That make the car look better and stand out from the other popular models.
The Jet Edition is also available in the Tata Harrier, the Tata Safari. And the Tata Nexon with an ICE engine. Tata Motors has made special edition cars, like the Dark Edition and the Kaziranga Edition. The company also makes models called Adventure Persona and Gold Edition for the Tata Safari. The Indian manufacturer thinks that these special edition models are responsible for more than 15% of the sales of a model.
Tata’s prices for the Nexon EV Prime and Nexon EV MAX Jet Edition
To do this, the models have a few changes to their looks and some high-end touches. The long-range Tata Nexon EV MAX comes in two versions: the XZ+ Lux MAX Jet and the XZ+ Lux MAX Jet AC FC WMU. The former costs Rs 19.54 lakh and the latter Rs 20.04 lakh (both prices ex-showroom). The XZ+ Lux Prime Jet version of the Tata Nexon EV Prime costs Rs 17.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata adds a new color called “Starlight” to both the Nexon EV Prime and the Nexon EV MAX. The body is finished in a color called “Earthy Bronze. The roof and columns are finished in a color called “Platinum Silver.” Matte black was used to finish the high points along the body. Gunmetal is the dark color of the diamond-cut Jet Black wheels.
